Partner Perspective: Informatica World 2017
Wow, what an outstanding week at Informatica World 2017 this year! With nearly 500 partners in attendance, we mutually discovered new and innovative ways to leverage Informatica technologies. As always, the Solutions Expo was the place to see partner solutions, and we all partied with the partners that held over 10 different events, engaged in breakout sessions, and discussed today’s latest business trends and opportunities. From DevOps efficiency to data quality and governance, the excitement was unprecedented, especially as we revealed our go-forward strategy!

Informatica Brand Reboot
Informatica CMO, Sally Jenkins unveiled our brand reboot including changes around how we define ourselves and how our customers experience us. In her keynote, she underscored it’s “not all about the new logo and the color orange.” Rather, it was time our brand caught up with our business innovation and our team set out to nail down the messaging. With input from partners and customers alike, our partner ecosystem played a major role in our transformation. Now, our new brand and messaging is boldly on display.
Intelligent Data Platform Evolution
At Informatica, we strive to be ahead of the curve. We recognize that channel partners need tools to stay relevant and penetrate new markets. We’re proud and excited to equip you with solutions that solve problems through data. Accordingly, central to our announcements at Informatica World, we introduced our breakthrough metadata-driven artificial intelligence technology, CLAIRE™.
By harnessing the true power of data, metadata, and machine learning/AI, CLAIRE™, coupled with our new wave of innovations across the Informatica Intelligent Data Platform, disrupts the market. Available across all Informatica’s products, any enterprise data, whether in the cloud or on-premise, can be intelligently managed and served to the business. This means partners can enhance user productivity across technical, operational, business, and self-service solutions, with quality and speed that exceeds customer expectations.
The Solution Expo was a great success! Not only did it give us the opportunity to showcase our products, but all attendees benefited immensely as we learned how our partner peers are responding to, and addressing, digital disruption for their customers across industries with Informatica solutions.
